Howto check if the trendmicro officescan client build version if SP1 Patch 5 has been loaded already into the machine.
Open registry > HKLM > Software > TrendMicro > Pc-CillinNTCorp > CurrentVersion > Misc > BuildNum = 3510.
If you see that that BuildNum=3510 then the OSCE client is already SP1 Patch 5.
