Uninstalling corrupted Trend Micro Antivirus Officescan or pccillin is a nightmare.
I have attached a Tool to force Uninstall Trend Micro Antivirus
Simply download the tool extract it and run CmnUnins.exe
If this dont do the trick. Double click on the uninstall.reg
Then open a registry editor and search "Trend Micro OfficeScan" and delete it. This rubbish should be under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\...
