The Java Virtual Machine has exited with code of -1, the service is being stopped

Problem:-The Java Virtual Machine has exited with code of -1, the service is being stopped

After installing Symantec SEPM 11 onto servers. The service cannot be start and everytime u access the console u get the error above.

Solution:-
1. Open \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\conf\server.xml
2. Change port="8005" to 8006 and save the file
3. Start the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager service and you should be able to log in.
